What is your preferred contemplative time?

This is in Response to the Questions and Reflections for September 16, 2009:
3 am...and I'm thinking that it might be because I was born at 3:04 am. It seems to be my time and everything is clear in that moment. I few nights ago, I woke up at 3 am and started listening to the new Rodrigo y Gabriela CD and ended up ecstatically dancing in the dark intil the CD was over. Then I went out on the porch to breathe in what was left of the pre-dawn hours of darkness.

A little side track maybe, but in my case I nearly was delivered in my parents car when they passed a dairy on their way to the hospital ! I guess this is the reason why I can´t survive a day without some cheese :/ But, how lovely it must be to be present and awake with the starry sky, feeling the rythm with the nights music…. I too can feel a deeper contemplation when I look up at the infinite vault of heaven!
